Smoking cheddar definitely adds something extra to our cheese. When we say smoking, we mean smoking!... Naturally smoking our cheese as opposed to adding smoke flavour. The taste is incomparable.
Our Oak Smoked Cheddar is delicious. It’s gently cool smoked over smouldering oak chippings which imparts a rather special smoke taste; think bonfire night or wood burning stoves....
All our authentic cheddars are made the same way, just selected according to where and for how long they have been matured.
We avoid 13 of the 14 known allergens at our dairy – other than the unpasteurised cow’s milk. We make all of our cheese from cow's milk..

We have analysed our cheese for nutritional values, but please do bear in mind artisan cheeses, made from raw milk are not standardised and values may vary throughout the year depending on the season, what the cows are eating and the number of cows in the heard. We buy from one farm only, so this affects the variation significantly.
