|Making A Purchase|
Either at our shop in Cheddar, online through our Website or at one of our Stockists in the UK.
We accept cash and card (Visa, American Express and MasterCard) payments in our shop or card and PayPal through our Website.
Any mistakes made while shopping online are not a disaster! Just give us a call (01934 742810) during working hours and we will address any problem. Alternatively, leave a message including your contact details and we will call you back.
Once the order is placed you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. This is not a contract between us at this stage as stock levels must be confirmed manually first. Additionally, if there is any change in price in the time between you placing an order and us taking payment we will contact you first.
UK orders orders placed Sunday to Wednesday are usually delivered within 48 hours. Orders placed Thursday to Saturday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
International orders are dispatched on Mondays; usually arriving within one week.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt call to the delivery company. Where possible we will correct the problem. Again please be sure to quote your order number in all correspondence as this will speed up the investigation.
The delivery company will provide evidence that your delivery has been made to you (or your nominated recipient) and we use this as proof that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will 'back order' for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
All orders are inclusive of the ruling rate of VAT where applicable.
|Credit Card Security|
When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction.
