A classic combination of sweet red onion (surely the most beautiful of all onions!) and handpicked tomato gives us a duo that is revered for complimentary flavours, bringing out the best in each.
Mix this with our classic cheddar cheese and you get a delicious threesome that has a lovely texture and even a subtle crunch! It’s not just the texture but the taste that starts to build, and comes through as you savour the burst of sunshine in the tomato and delicate sharpness of red onion.
This “younger” cheese has a subtle chalkiness that gives it a hint of crumble! Just dandy on its own, its eye catching charm and flakes of flavour make it a perfect melt for cheese on toast with a difference. Or why not cut it and run it through a seasonal salad?
Flavour all the way...
All our authentic cheddars are hand made, with the same care and attention. They are selected according to maturity ensuring each one is perfectly ready. Our natural flavoured cheddars are younger and combined with only top quality natural ingredients, avoiding preservatives & artificial colours. We add these ingredients right at the start of the maturing process. Our cheddar and flavours literally walk hand-in-hand all the way - ensuring maximum flavour.

We have analysed our cheese for nutritional values, but please do bear in mind artisan cheeses, made from raw milk are not standardised and values may vary throughout the year depending on the season, what the cows are eating and the number of cows in the herd. We buy from one farm only, so this affects the variation significantly.
