All our authentic cheddars are handmade, with the same care and attention. They are selected according to maturity ensuring each one is perfectly ready. Our natural flavoured cheddars are younger and combined with only top quality natural ingredients, avoiding preservatives & artificial colours. We add these ingredients right at the start of the maturing process. Our cheddar and flavours literally walk hand-in-hand all the way - ensuring maximum flavour.
