Carefully prepared with maize and soya bran to create a cracker that is both good tasting and suitable for coeliacs, or those wishing to avoid gluten in their diet.

Baked by toasting under flames for one minute. The result is a cracker that is crisp, with a 'nutty' taste that flatters any cheeses.

Each box contains 170g of crackers.

Box dated with a Best Before Date.

Maize Starch, Soya Bran, Tapioca Starch, Palm Oil, Invert Sugar, Salt, Raising Agent, and Emusifier.

A little bit of history....

In 1801 Josiah Bent of Massachusetts began baking and selling 'water crackers' that wouldn't deteriorate during long sea voyages. During baking, a cracking sound occurred and it is from this that the American term 'Cracker' originated.
